Refund policy
If you ordered a product that is not what you wanted, you can easily return it. Simply use our returns page, available at https://furgonetka.pl/zwroty/452a88b1-c8af-477f-b8b4-9d00a0197cb7.
You select products to return
You can return all products or just some of them, you have 30 days to do so.
You specify the details of the shipment
You pack the products into a parcel, choose a delivery option and pay for the return shipping.
You are sending the package back
You hand over the return shipment to the courier or take it to the selected collection point.
You get your money back
You will receive your refund within 14 days, about which you will be informed by email.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Remember, however, that the goods cannot show any traces of use.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, inform us of your decision within 30 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, physically received the purchased goods.
We consider the registration of the return on our return page (and we recommend this form) to be an unequivocal statement. If you prefer, you can send the statement of withdrawal by e-mail to shop@teddylou.com or by traditional mail to the following address:

The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the cases specified in detail in Article 38 paragraph 1 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
Refund
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you the amount paid for the goods and the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the selected method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our store), within 14 days from the date we received the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or provide proof of their return.
If you choose a return via our return shopping page, the proof of sending back the returned goods will be the status of the return shipment, which we will automatically receive after reporting the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment methods as in the original transaction, unless you agree to another solution.
The Buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the returned products resulting from their use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. We reserve the right to seek compensation from the Consumer for this, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Return of items
Returned items must be sent back or handed over to our store immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if the item is sent back before the 14-day period expires.
The cost of returning the goods to our store is borne by the person returning.
